FAQ About the products - Kids' microphone:

Q: Why doesn't the LED light up?

A: The kid's microphone may have a low battery, or the charging cable may not be plugged in.  Please get the microphone charged 

Q: Why can the Kids Microphone not turn on, or the volume cannot be adjusted?

A: Please long-press the power button to restart the kid's microphone. 

Q: Why is there a noise?

A: Please adjust the distance between the kid's microphone and the mobile to keep a suitable distance between the microphone and the mobile. 

Q: Why does staccato appear when we are playing music? 

A: The Bluetooth connection is not stable. Please turn off the kids' microphones, and reconnect the kids' microphones to the mobile by keeping the 2 devices closer. 

Q: The Bluetooth microphone doesn`t pair with my mobile? 

A: The mobile may connect to the other devices. Please check carefully before pairing the microphone. If the Bluetooth still cannot get connected, please restart the kid's microphone. 

Q: Why is the accompaniment sound in low volume and very weak?

A: There are 2 possible reasons. The mobile volume is low, or the music quality is poor. Please turn up the mobile volume or use better quality music to play.

Q: The sound distortion when playing music?

A: The main reason is that the volume is too high while the kid's microphone is on low battery.  Please get the device charged and adjust the volume lower.

Q: What type of OEM services for the kids' microphones do you provide to customers? 

A:  The OEM services we provide include: 

1. Help customers design the microphone and package with the customer`s brand. 

2. Adjust the designs until they meet the customer`s request. 

3. Make the kid's microphone samples free of charge. 

4. Fast Lead time for mass production

5. Arrange the delivery with various transportation options (Express, Air, Train,a nd Ocean as per the customer`s requests)

Q: What is the MOQ for OEM orders?

A:  For OEM orders, our MOQ is 500 pieces for the product and 2000 pieces for the package. We can help customers keep the package in our warehouse for future orders.  

Q: What is the normal delivery time for OEM orders?

A: - It usually depends on the order quantity and production seasons. For orders up to 5000pcs, it will take 18-20 days; small orders will take 15 days. 

Q: May I know the order process?

A: Please get in touch with our account manager and tell us your detailed requests. We will send you offers. When the offer is accepted, we will issue a Proforma Invoice for you to sign and proceed with the order.  You can reach us anytime at sales@kidmicrophone.com

Q: How do you ensure quality control?

A: The mass production will be done according to the pre-sample. When customers confirm the sample, we will arrange the materials according to the confirmed samples. The product was tested 5 times before delivery.

What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for the Kids Microphone?  

Q: There is no MOQ for our regular kids' microphone models with a neutral English package since we keep regular stock for the kid microphones.

Q: What about the product warranty?

A: Fortech guarantees that the Kids Microphones you purchased will be free from material and workmanship for 1 year 

Q: Can you supply me with free samples?

A: We are happy to offer samples for reference. Please kindly send us your company information to verify and get approval from our management for the free samples!

Q: What is the sample delivery time? 

A: We can ship out the samples immediately. 

Q: What is the payment terms? 

A1: We accept TT payment/LC/Paypal/Western Union/Alibaba trade assurance. 

A2: Terms: 30% down payment, rest before delivery after QC passes.

After-sales Policy:

General Terms

Fortech guarantees that the Microphones you purchased will be free from material and workmanship for 1 year. The warranty period for the Kids microphone starts on the day such product is delivered. Product defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by Force Majeure (flood, fire, storm, lightning, sea ice, rain, or water immersion, etc.) are not within warranty coverage. Incorrect cabling, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair are not warranted.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

During the period, if our product does not function as described, please contact customer service to get help. Fortech will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail, or online chat. For technical support, please email ( info@kidmicrophone.com ) or phone (+86-755-82036894) first. Once the products need to be repaired, please make contact and acquire an RMA number, and our staff will generate an email with an assigned RMA number for you to ship the products back. 

Customers will bear one-way freight charges to return the RMA back and Fortech will bear another one-way freight charge to send back the microphone. Please expect the RMA lead time to be 2-4 weeks.
